I wish I was being hyperbolic, given its title, when I say some songs on here feel like a religious experience (namely 'The Mountain Pass'), but believe me I will preach for this album with conviction in my heart. Psychy spaced-out psalms like 'The High Road' and 'The Mountain Pass' congregate with loud and funky cuts like 'Stampede' and 'Night Sets In' that'll have you grooving in the pews. And, much like a lord up on high, "Commandments" deserves all of your attention, love, and respect.
